Shipping Policy

Online orders at Hope's Boutique can be delivered 3 different ways

1. Ship To Residence

-FREE for orders greater than $15 before tax; $5 for orders less than $15

-Orders received after 2:30 pm on weekdays or weekends/holidays will be processed & shipped the following business day.

2. Pick Up at Hope's Boutique

-FREE order pick up at Hope's Boutique

-Pick up your order in person at the Boutique, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm, by showing your confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup

-Orders received after 2:30 pm on weekdays or a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day

-Hope's Boutique is located within the Stefanie Spielman Comprehensive Breast Center at 1145 Olentangy River Road Columbus, OH 43212.

3. Local Hospital Delivery

-We offer FREE delivery of your order to a patient at the James Cancer Hospital.

-To select Local Hospital Delivery, follow the checkout prompts to provide the patient's full name.

Return Policy

Due to COVID-19, out of an abundance of caution for our staff and patients, we are not currently accepting any returns on merchandise. If you have been sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged or defective, please call the boutique at 614-293-9393 to arrange a replacement. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
